Matthews Ceramics is a small Family run business which has been established for 3 generations.

Originally Founded in 1975, by Jim and Margaret Matthews, a designer and lecture in ceramics. Together they began to produce their own highly distinctive range of ceramic tiles.

The business flourished and is now run by Paul, Daniel & Dorinda at a cottage workshop in Colchester England.

Today Matthews Ceramics makes an exciting, constantly evolving range of individually hand crafted tiles.

Matthews Ceramics also produce a unique range of quality ceramic house signs which combine award winning design and durability.

Matthews Ceramics exhibit at quality craft fairs and house and garden exhibitions throughout the British Isles.
